Is Sanache jewellery real silver?

Yes. Our jewellery is made in 925 sterling silver, which means 92.5% pure silver. Stones are cubic zirconia (CZ) unless the product page says otherwise.

Sanache is the 925 silver jewellery brand of Gopal & Sons, Jaipur, carrying forward the trust of Gopal Jewellers (est. 2010).

Payment

What payment options are available?

You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) or by online payment at checkout.

Is COD available on every order?

COD is not available for orders above ₹5,000. For higher-value orders, please use online payment.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch within India, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email or SMS.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Free shipping may be available on selected products or during offers.

Do you deliver internationally?

Delivery time for international orders depends on the shipping partner and location. Please contact us before ordering to confirm for your country.

My parcel was empty or an item is missing. What should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a 360-degree unboxing video that shows the sealed package and the whole unboxing, without cuts or edits.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 3-day return. Raise the request within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused and unworn, the product tag must not be removed, and the original packaging must be intact.

What if the jewellery arrives damaged or shows wear and tear?

Please share a clear unboxing video, filmed from the sealed package through the full opening, along with your order number within 3 days of delivery. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the product, approved refunds are processed within 7–21 working days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment source. For COD orders, we refund to the bank account or UPI ID you share with us.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges follow the same 3-day conditions and depend on product availability. If the item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
