Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 3-day return on eligible products.

Payment Options

You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) or by online payment at checkout.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused and unworn, and the product tag has not been removed.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • Pickup will only be arranged from the original delivery address.

Damage, Wear & Tear Claims – Unboxing Video

For any claim of damage, defect, wear and tear, a wrong item or a missing item, a clear unboxing video is required.

  • The video must be continuous and unedited, starting with the sealed package (showing the shipping label) and covering the entire opening of the parcel.
  • Please share the video, along with your order number, with our support team within 3 days of delivery.
  • Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products whose tag has been removed.
  • Products that are used, worn, altered, resized, washed or damaged after delivery.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment source for online payments. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be sent to the bank account or UPI ID you share with us. Refunds are processed within 7–21 working days.
  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges follow the same 3-day conditions and are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.
