Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The return/exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Pickup will only be arranged from the original delivery address.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are used, altered, resized, washed, or damaged.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment source or beneficiary’s account within 7–21 working days.

  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.
