Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment source or beneficiary’s account within 7–21 working days.

If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchange Process

If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.
