Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is not available for orders above ₹7,000.

Tracking Your Order

Missing or Empty Parcel

In the rare event that you receive an empty parcel or find a product missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us verify and resolve the issue:

  • Provide a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package and the entire unboxing process (without cuts or edits).

  • Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.

  • Any tampering signs may affect the outcome of your claim.

  • The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
